Why the Commercial?
Word of mouth. Sounds like the perfect way to spread the word about a
dentist doesn't it? And yes, it works, just not as fast as television. The original tv
spot was a talented young poet reading his poem "Vote Cool". It was to start
running september 13, 2001. The events of september 11 changed how people
might react to his message. So the art of poetry is in hiatus.
Eventually there will be "The Art of Sculpture" and the "The Art of Painting"
spots, but for now, Dr. Gill would like it if we did or patriotic duty and voted -
in addition to brushing, flossing and using her favorite mouthwash (you'll
have to ask her yourself).
